I find great fulfillment in partnering with them on their journey. Throughout my time working in mental health, I have held clinical and agency positions in private, non-government, feminist, and not-for-profit community based health organisations, working in the areas of addiction and women’s health. I continue to hold a clinical role in the Non-Government drug and alcohol treatment sector. I am formally trained in the use of Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT); a systematic, trans-diagnostic approach rooted in sound mindfulness meditation practice.

I have been a client myself for over ten years, and continue to participate in my own therapeutic journey, including regular clinical and external supervision. I believe that good mental health care should be accessible to all people as a priority, and am an activist in the mental health space. I am a long-term meditator in the Vipassana and Zen Buddhist traditions, I enjoy painting, roller-skating and music, and am a BIG believer in self care!

Often our life experiences of fear & hurt can cause us to create subconscious blockages in mind, body & spirit. When we start to foster a positive relationship with ourselves, we become better equipped to identify the patterns of thinking & behaviour that inhibit our growth & development on a personal, professional & spiritual level. I have experienced firsthand the benefits that come from an integrated approach grounded in ancient yoga practices. For me, this approach has been an anchor in tough times and a shining light in uncertainty that never fails to teach me to go deeper within to find the answers. With this integrated approach, I hope to help you create the space & balance in your life so that you too can connect to your inner wisdom and start to make more conscious choices toward living a joyous, balanced & healthier life.
